I can take a tangled mess of offhand remarks from any pool of users, and completely unsnarl that ball into clear insights on what the user really needs. I’m a wizard at transforming large volumes of user interview output into affinity diagrams and empathy maps, and I have 10+ years of experience in executing and teaching study design and advanced data analysis.

I’ve trained in methods of UX research, data analysis, UX/UI design, front-end web development, more extensive coding, and project management, so I’m adept at wearing many hats and collaborating intuitively with all professionals on my team. As a published author, award-winning public speaker, and highly rated lecturer of 5 years at Connecticut and Dartmouth College, I’m skilled at clear communication of complex ideas to all types, with the proven ability to carry massive projects to successful fruition.
